I had a stay at this hotel, and it's incredibly conveniently located—everything is within walking distance. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast is both delicious and satisfying. The room was spotless, equipped with an abundance of towels, and even had a bidet.

Breakfast was very good (warm dishes and local selections), also Wifi quite so. Personal was helpful and friendly. TV had a large selection of channels. Bed was comfortable.

It was a very comfortable hotel. The rooms were not the most luxurious, BUT everything in the room was great…… large comfortable bed, big fridge, kettle, safe, lots of towels, good shower,nice toiletries, balcony, and very soundproof. Location was good, right by the bus stop. Airport bus stop was just 5 mins away. The main shops were in the next block and the old town was accessible by bus or a 15 minute stroll. Breakfast was very nice with ample choice and plenty of pastries/cakes. A few eateries and bars were close by. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly.

Clean, large room and bathroom with toiletries topped up regularly. All public areas spotless. Staff helpful and polite. A very good buffet breakfast with good service for coffee, etc. A convenient, central location near a big range of restaurants/cafés, and access to the harbour where ships can be viewed, and to buses and shops

I liked the location ! It was easy to access the rest of the city from the hotel! It was a comfortable resting stop. The balcony was quaint and the rest of the space was comfortable enough for myself and family. Loved the pillows and the temp of the room was good. The breakfast was delicious, a lot of variety for sure

The staff was incredible! The hotel is small but well run. We had a problem with our room when we arrived and the staff was able to rectify the situation by moving us into a suite! They were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. We wanted to go to restaurants that were not just for tourists and that avoided the cruise ship crowd and they provided us with some great recommendations. In fact, they were the best meals we had in Palermo! We had breakfast included in our stay, which I highly recommend. It allowed for a nice transition into the day with hearty food and good service.

Breakfast was lovely and personal service with coffee requests. Room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Staff were all welcoming and office staff obliging and assisted in all our enquiries about where to go, what to do and how to get there. Lots of dining options within walking distance and bus connections a few steps away.

Hotel is spotless, rooms very nice, maid service every day. In a good location with main centre about 15 min walk Breakfast was well catered for, especially the freshly made coffee Staff were very attentive and friendly with nothing too much bother

Good location on Via Roma, reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was big, with good fittings and the best pillows I've ever used! WiFi is good & TV has usual Italian channels and Sky Sports including F1. Buffet breakfast was fabulous and waiting staff couldn't have been more helpful. To get to hotel from station, the buses 101, 102 & 124 and tickets cost €1.70 single journey. The Belmonte stop is right beside the hotel.

The hotel was easy to get to being on a main road and it was about a 20 minute walk from the train station. I stayed here on two occasions within the same week in two different rooms. The first stay for two nights was in a standard double room and was comfortable, while the second stay was in a suite, which was very large and very comfortable. It had coffee making facilities. This would be perfect for a longer stay! The breakfast area was small, but it did have an upstairs area and a few table off the main area. The choice of food was amazing and catered for all. The staff on the desk were very helpful, and pointed out sites on the city map and gave recommendations for places to eat and buses to take. I have already booked a return visit!
